2. INTRODUCTORY MEETING
After the initial call, we'll come meet you at your office. During this meeting we'll get to know you and your business, discuss your future plans, and define next steps.
3. FURTHER MEETINGS & LOI
If both parties feel like there is a potential fit, we will sign a letter of intent (LOI) and NDA with you which will allow us to learn more about your business.
4. DEAL CLOSING
Once we agree on a price and deal structure we will work with you and your legal counsel to close the transaction.
